At Chithrubi Couture, each piece is crafted with love and precision.

RETURNS:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with product tags and receipt.
- Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

RESTOCKING FEE:
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

HOW TO RETURN:

- We will guide you on a secure return process.

REFUNDS:
- After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately with a photo.
- We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including shipping.
